HA GIANG — Vietnam's northernmost mountain circuit is receiving dedicated community stewardship with the launch of the Ha Giang Road Maintenance Initiative.
The fund, pooled from voluntary micro-contributions by homestays, motorcycle rental outfits, and adventure travellers, will directly support rapid repairs on remote mountain passes following monsoon rains.
